USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training and track & field. USA Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 2.5 to 17.
Our class program has 6 levels to master with a wide variety of progressions, drills and challenges to tackle. Ninjas who demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level of training.
Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities. The purpose of the program is to build children’s self-esteem, confidence and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time.
The long-term benefits of our program extend far beyond physical fitness. As children engage with our world-class, creatively designed equipment, they not only build strength and agility but also develop mental toughness and resilience. This combination of physical and mental fortitude prepares them for the challenges of life, equipping them with the confidence and self-esteem to face any obstacle head-on.
Our classes, open to boys and girls ages 2.5 to 17, are structured into six levels. Each level offers a variety of progressions, drills, and challenges, tailored to nurture each child's unique abilities. This approach ensures that every child progresses at their own pace, celebrating each milestone with a sense of accomplishment.
Ninja Fitness Classes offer an immersive experience into the sport of Ninja, introducing children to a diverse range of obstacles in an interactive learning environment. This isn't just about fitness; it's about instilling life skills in a fun and engaging way. Your child will not only have a blast but also learn valuable lessons that extend beyond the gym.
