We Challenge Kids To Be The Best Version's Of Themselves! It's Our Passion To Be The Catalyst For Healthy And Positive Growth For The Youth In Our Communities!
Learning to overcome obstacles is a daily challenge in our adult lives, so creating an environment where kids have a safe space to be challenged physically, mentally, emotionally and still have fun with the process, will help them adjust to new and unseen challenges and learn how to overcome them when never having faced those obstacles before!
Our Training program blends basic skill sets from Gymnastics, Climbing, Parkour, Cross Training for nonstop action. The kids remain engaged with the program over a long period of time because we're continuously switching up the courses every week always inviting new and unseen challenges, we have a large set of skills to work on and track progress that serves as an endless fountain of motivation, we have friendly inner-gym competitions, we're always coming up with active games and challenges for the kids and pour into them continuous empathy and intentional motivation.
The fun comes not only with the obstacles, but with the camaraderie the kids develop in the gym. They compete against each other as well as cheer everyone on as they participate in our classes. Not only do we teach ninja skills, but we also teach life skills, from how to listen, how to show respect, how to be disciplined and most of all, instilling confidence in our ninjas!
Our program at USA Ninja Challenge uses a progression based model. The class program has 6 levels to master, and each level has 27 different skills. Every obstacle can be adjusted to a more difficult level so every ninja can be challenged based on their own ability. Ninjas that demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level oftraining on their own timeline. This system helps students progressively build their skill levels and ensures that they are challenged and thriving. Upon completing a level, the ninja is awarded a special shirt in a color that represents the level accomplished. Thereis no better feeling for the kids than putting on their new level shirts!
